About Our Tenants | Profile
Included among The Pinnacle at Symphony Place tenants are some of the region's leading legal and financial headquarters.
Bass Berry & Sims
The partners of Bass, Berry & Sims wanted to create an innovative, new office environment for its growing law firm headquarters. So they decided to start from scratch and work with a developer from the early concept stages to build an office tower that would fulfill their goals. They wanted to stay downtown, have ample space for growth and enough parking for all employees. And they wanted to be green. Four years later, they became the anchor tenants, filling the top nine floors of The Pinnacle at Symphony Place.

"We've tried to be more environmentally conscious within the firm, and our move to The Pinnacle helped facilitate our plans. Our plans for the firm grew greener as our move approached. For example, our team analyzed the use of plastic water bottles by our firm and found that we used more than 3000 bottles per week. Today, in our new offices, we enjoy a zero-water-bottle policy as well as a much healthier environment." - Keith B. Simmons, Managing Partner
Sherrard & Roe
Parking and efficiency are rare in Nashville's CBD, and it was those two key goals that led the partners of Sherrard & Roe to choose The Pinnacle at Symphony Place. The partners also wanted the synergy of having most of the growing firm's offices on a single floor. Sherrard & Roe completed its move to the 12th and part of the 11th floors in early 2011.

"The Pinnacle has great parking, and our firm members and clients have enjoyed the ease of ingress and egress from the building. As a new office tower, everything is fully up-to-date and the architectural design maximizes the light and space we enjoy in our offices. Also, the building management team is top-notch. The SoBro location is exactly where we want to be - right in the heart of the new downtown. In fact, that's one reason we love having our offices on relatively lower floors. We feel more connected to the energy that's happening on the street below." - John H. Roe Jr., Founding Member
Gullet Sanford Robinson & Martin
The law firm of GSRM moved to the 17th floor of The Pinnacle in January 2012. They had sought a new space that would allow them to improve their technologies and also allow for a more modern, client-focused office design. At The Pinnacle, they have realized premium space and new real estate efficiencies found only in new buildings with column-free floor space.

"Our attorneys were attracted by the easy driving and walking access to the location and being in the heart of the growing SoBro district, with all of the amenities the location offers. The LEED certification of the building was also appealing from a wellness and efficiency standpoint. It was an exciting year for us as we watched our new space take shape." - Scott Derrick, Managing Partner
