Inside the Pinnacle, each 23,000 SF floor plate is designed to offer maximum space efficiency and take full advantage of the city views. Tenants enjoy spectacular 360 degree views of the city plus space uninterrupted by columns. And there are eight corner offices on each floor.

Key to The Pinnacle's column-free floor plate design is the cost savings tenants enjoy by being able to use 100% of their square footage, for a gain of 15 to 20% in space efficiencies.
