Profile
The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is the city's only Class AA office tower and LEED Gold certified skyscraper, and the primary business address for the city's top corporations. From The Pinnacle's sophisticated, expansive lobby to the bustling heart of Sobro district just steps outside its doors, the 29-story building towers above Nashville's new city center. Outstanding green features add beauty and integrity to the building's half-million+ square feet of office space — chief among them is the one-acre "green roof" terrace garden available to all tenants and their guests.
This is the first building in Nashville, Tennessee, designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm Pickard Chilton, who worked in conjunction with local award-winning EOA Architects. It is one of very few office towers in the Southeast with no interior columns. The results of high design and palpable simplicity afford spectacular, uninterrupted 360 degree views from inside out and a stunning specter from the outside up. No wonder Nashville's most prestigious businesses call The Pinnacle their headquarters.
